- Rental income: up to 12 months of rent if a tenant stops paying (up to $60,000)
- Lease break: up to 30 days of rent if a tenant leaves without proper notice
- Property damage: up to $10,000 for unpaid court-ordered malicious damage
- Legal and eviction: paralegal support, with legal fees reimbursed up to $2,000
Cost: 5.5% of monthly rent billed monthly, or 5% paid annually upfront (about 10% savings). No tax.

We manage individual units for their owners, condos and houses. We don't manage condo corporations or whole buildings.
