Infinite Real Estate, Brokerage is a licensed real estate brokerage operating in Ontario, Canada. Our agents are registered salespersons and brokers regulated by RECO. Nothing on this Site is intended to replace the mandatory written disclosures our agents provide before representing you in a real estate transaction, including the agency relationship disclosures required under TRESA.

The Site provides information about our brokerage, our agents and the services we offer, together with property listing information and a way to get in touch with us. Using the Site does not create an agency relationship, a client relationship or any obligation on either side. A relationship begins only when it is set out in writing, in the form TRESA requires.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Site. By creating an account or submitting an enquiry, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Where the Site offers an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@infinitereb.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

As a regulated real estate brokerage, we are subject to client identification, record-keeping and reporting obligations under the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and FINTRAC’s regulations. Where our agents are involved in the receipt of funds or the representation of a party in a transaction, you may be required to provide government-issued identification and other information necessary to complete these obligations before we can proceed on your behalf. Property listing information shown on the Site is provided under licence from the applicable real estate board and is displayed in accordance with that board’s rules. Listings are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee the continued availability, price or condition of any property. We are not responsible for errors originating from listing brokerages, sellers or third-party data sources.

The listing data is provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). The information provided herein must only be used by consumers that have a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate and may not be used for any commercial purpose or any other purpose. The data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by TRREB. The information provided herein is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by PROPTX.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications necessary to respond to your enquiry or administer an active matter. Marketing communications, such as new listing alerts or market updates, are sent only with your consent in accordance with Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL), and you may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each message or by contacting us.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in any enquiry, application or communication
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including any activity that would violate anti-money laundering, fraud or housing discrimination laws
• Use listing information for any commercial purpose, or any purpose other than a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale or lease of real estate
• Scrape, harvest, republish or redistribute listing data from the Site
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Use another person's account without permission

Nothing on the Site is a promise of a particular result. We do not guarantee that any property will be bought, sold or leased, that any offer will be accepted, or that any transaction will complete within any timeframe. Market commentary, mortgage calculations and valuation estimates shown on the Site are general information, not financial, legal or tax advice, and should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without professional advice.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Infinite Real Estate, Brokerage and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site relies on third-party services for hosting, data storage, email delivery and listing data, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of third-party sites or services.

When you send an enquiry or create an account, we may share your email address and phone number, in hashed form, with Meta Platforms to measure our advertising, as described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Real Estate, Brokerage, its agents and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on listing information or on any calculator or estimate shown. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Ontario law, including liability arising from our regulatory obligations as a RECO-registered brokerage.

You agree to indemnify and hold Infinite Real Estate, Brokerage harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, without affecting any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
